Repossessed to skate is the name I’ve given my activity of learning and practising how to skate (again), specifically in the context of ongoing sessions at local skateparks. I’m relearning how to skate so I can show my kids how to skate.
Repossessed to skate is about having fun, learning new-old tricks that interest me and persevering.
Session description
Overnight weather conditions resulted in some large water puddles on the flat-bottom of the mini-ramp. I came equipped with a squeegee and some old towels so I was able to make the ramp somewhat suitable for skating in a relatively short period of time.
Strong fakies, kick turns and trying alley-oop things, but still below the coping. Can’t resolve the drop-in situation, which bothers me.
