Ripley (at the end of the day, it was a bad call)

Two years after my previous personality profiling, I’ve completed another as part of a workplace activity – the CliftonStrengths assessment.

The five most dominant CliftonStrengths revealed by my responses are:

Developer: I recognise and cultivate the potential in others. You spot the signs of each small improvement and derive satisfaction from evidence of progress.
Includer: I accept others. I show awareness of those who feel left out and make an effort to include them.
Positivity: I have contagious enthusiasm. I’m upbeat and can get others excited about what they are going to do.
Adaptability: I prefer to go with the flow. I tend to be a “now” person who takes things as they come and who discovers the future one day at a time.
Empathy: I can sense other people’s feelings by imagining yourself in others’ lives or situations.

I’m all about relationship building, which at the end of the day is not a bad call. It’s not a bad call.
