What’s the outcome from not including an education designer, someone who deeply understands the educator and student experience, as part of the design process.
And, why is core functionality conflated or confused with feature requests – they’re not the same because core functionality should be embedded and considered since day one of the project.
And also, who else is surfacing and reporting these issues as they arise – if not us, who?
Where is the urgency and shared sense that these issues are serious and should be resolved – is it just another thing on the list?
